What species of wood do you use?

We build over ninety percent of all Heritage Log Homes out of Engelmann Spruce. It has a good strength to weight ratio, is a beautiful white wood and is native to many dry climates. We also offer Douglas Fir, Yellow Pine and Western Red Cedar for an up charge of fifteen to thrity percent. All of our logs are T.P.I. graded.
